The Village I am staying in is called Las Tolas. It's one of the remaining homes of Yumbo culture, and its deep in the Andean Cloud Forests. Check out their website (how I initially found the village). Still getting prepared for my trip, had a great summer as a waiter at a French restaurant, but happy now to be relaxing before an adventure.
If that's a butterfly on a flower in your backyard, it brings me back to another significant trip.
